寒北斗酒造は九州を代表する辛口酒のひとつで、カラクチの向こう側にある究極の辛口を目指してブラックジャックを開発しました。
ブラックジャックは、ズバッとキレる切れ味と日本酒度の高い辛口スタイルが特徴です。
原料米には福岡県産の吟のさとを使用しており、日本酒度は＋22です。

青りんご爽やかな香り、口に含むと溢れるジューシーさ。
程よく生酒のボリュームもあり、そしてキレも良く、美食の年末年始にピッタリ♪

Kanbokuto Shuzo, one of Kyushu’s leading dry sake breweries, developed Black Jack to be the ultimate dry sake on the other side of Karakuchi.
Black Jack is characterized by its crisp, sharp taste and dry style with high sake content.
The rice used is Gin-no-sato from Fukuoka Prefecture, and the sake strength is +22.

It has a fresh aroma of green apple and is full of juiciness on the palate.
It has a moderate volume of sake and a nice sharpness, perfect for a gourmet New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

Masutomi Castle, a castle from the Warring States period, once existed on a mountaintop about 3 minutes from KANPOKUTO SAKE Brewery.
The lord of the castle there was Tahei Mouri, a warlord of the Kuroda family and the owner of the best spear in Japan.
We have created a karakuchi that will surprise and please Tahei Mouri, who is famous as a great tiger (alias of a sake master).
We are constantly striving to create the best karakuchi in Japan that will be loved by the tigers of today.
