This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake made by bottling only the freshest “arabashiri” portion of the just-squeezed sake.
The freshest “arabashiri” portion of the just-squeezed sake is bottled unfiltered and uncured for immediate shipment.
It has a mild aroma reminiscent of white grapes and blue fruits, and is characterized by the presence and lively gasiness of freshly pressed sake. The fresh, lush fruitiness is harmonized with beautiful acidity for a rich taste.
