This year, “White Phoenix”, a special edition of Houou Mita, which is shipped in limited quantities once a year, will be available again!

It is a Junmai Daiginjyo unfiltered unpasteurized sake brewed with the rare and precious sake rice “Aiyama” and packaged in a magnum bottle of champagne made by Monterossa in Italy.

It was specially brewed with the thought that customers would drink it as the last limited edition sake at the end of the year, with the smallest production volume among Houou Mita’s products. The amount of care put into this sake may be more than that of a sake entered in a sake competition.
We have done our best to produce this limited edition sake and now it is ready to be served!

It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma with the flamboyance typical of Hououmida.
