Toyo Bijin Limited Daiginjo Chihouku

It has a fruity and elegant aroma, extremely light and refreshing to drink with a subtle acidity and a firm finish. Toyo Bijin’s signature flavor of rice sweetness and umami is also strongly felt, making it a wonderful sake with a beautiful and clear taste
