赤武 AKABU 純米吟醸 酒未来 NEW BORN
口当たりは柔らかく、フルーティーな香りと華やかな甘酸っぱさ、そして力強い旨味が広がります使用酒米の「酒未来」は、十四代を醸す山形の高木酒造の先代蔵元・高木辰五郎氏が18年の歳月をかけて開発した酒造好適米で、期待通りの仕上がりとなっています

This sake has a soft and fruity aroma with a lively sweet and sour taste, and a powerful umami flavor spreads in the mouth The brewing rice used for this sake, “Sake Mirai,” is a sake brewing suitable rice developed by the former CEO of Takagi Shuzo, Takagi Tatsugoro. He spent 18 years perfecting it in Yamagata Prefecture, where Juyondai is brewed
